Sweater Weather

Who's ready to layer up for fall??
Fall is a funny season.
Some days its warm, and some days its real cold.
For that reason we turn to separates to guide us through the fall transitional fall season.
I like to have a piece for the cold days that can be used as a jacket or a coat.
I've been loving long sweater dusters for the colder days.
They look so chic, and fun when worn with jeans or leggings.
This one I'm wearing is vintage! Its real suede leather and knitted wool.
I love the copper color of it too.
To me its the ideal piece to include in my wardrobe.
It can be worn indoors and out.
I love vintage for the unique separates to pair with newer clothes.
I wish I had 5 or 6 of these sweater coats because their so warm and cozy.
I'll be on the hunt for more just like these.

Witchy Woman

With summer coming to a close I'm very excited to get back into the energy of fall!
Carving pumpkins,darker colors,
and that gorgeous foliage about to show up on the trees is so much fun!
I saw this dress over the summer and fell in love!
Its a black orange and red floral maxi dress.
This dress is perfect for fall. I love the plunging neckline and flared hem it has.
Its more of a casual evening dress but still gorgeous,
and has a bit of a Gothic feel.
I wore long leather boots and darker makeup to finish the look.
No outfit is complete without accessories.
Layering necklaces and rings is part of my personal style,so naturally I had to do it for this look.
I Can't wait for more fall fashion in the next couple of weeks.

Sand & Sun

Sandy brown leather and eyelet lace tops are my idea of a gorgeous spring boho wardrobe!
I love bursts of color but there is something about the neutral earthy colors that are timeless.
On a bright 70 degree day I went for a walk on the beach.
I wore my bikini just in case I wanted to go for a swim, and my new eyelet lace cropped shirt from shabbybabe
This lace crop top is not vintage.
Its from shabby's new line of clothes which puts a modern spin on vintage silhouettes.
The brown suede leather pants are vintage.
My shades are from Century 21.
I was lucky enough to get this crochet fringe bag as a gift!
My parents went to Hawaii in December for 2 weeks
and brought me back this cross body bag from Billabong!
I love it! It goes with so many outfits!
I'm excited to experiment with more
simple neutral toned styles for spring and summer.
I love taking a few simple pieces and creating a full blown work of art with them!

Rebel without a Cause

Happy March everyone!
I've been enjoying the last of my light weight jackets during the warmer weather.
Last week I went for a beautiful hike in one of my favorite parks.
During hiking I got a little cold so I brought my leather patchwork jacket to wear.
I had no idea this jacket was going to look so good!
Its a very bold look.
This jacket has 4 different colors of square patchwork, and studded grommet detail.
Its great to wear on an overcast spring day.
It truly added a lot of flare to my plain blue jeans and tee I was wearing underneath.
I love that it kind of looks like a biker jacket but its not.
This jacket is fully lined and zips up the front.
I layered my necklaces and added my faux fur studded boots to finish this look off.
