Spring Break

How good does the beginning of March feel??!
I thought the winter was never going to come to an end.
Technically its still winter but the temperature has definitely gone up on the East Coast.
I've been in the mood for more beach!
I find that fringe is such a fun little design detail in swimwear!
It gives a rock and roll edge to a plain bikini or one piece suit.
I decided to style this cute fringed bikini bottom with a cropped fringe tee I happen to have!
I love the olive green color of this tee.
Olive green and Army green have been my 2 favorite colors to wear lately.
I find that any neutral color like brown, beige or black matches Olive real well.
I love how this look came out!
I try as hard as I can to turn my beach wear into a style statement.
It can be a challenge at times  considering theres not much to beach wear.
The official start of Spring is only a few weeks away!
Have a happy and healthy spring break loves!

Small Boutique Fashion Week 2017

I was so lucky to get to attend Small Boutique Fashion week 2017!!
It was my first time this year going to a NYC Fashion show during Fashion week.
I had a front row seat at probably the most creative,
and cutting edge of the small designer Fashion shows.
All of the designers at this show are underground, new, and emerging.
I couldn't believe the different tastes and styles I saw!
It was like going to an Art show! I loved every minute of it.
There were 3 shows throughout the day.
One in the morning, Afternoon, and evening.
I ended up going to the afternoon and evening shows.
SBFW Was held at Studio 450 on West 31st Street.
It was a gorgeous wide open Penthouse, perfect for the event!!
There were designers of street style, boho looks, layered looks, and evening wear!
I'm happy I went and will be attending the next season of SBFW.
Its an inspiration for new designers to get their name out there,
and bring their underground style to the above.

Halter Dress Heaven!

I'd have my entire wardrobe made of denim if I could! I'm a denim maniac!!
I love jackets, dresses, jeans,  and handbags that are denim!!
While working on the line for shabbybabe, I decided to experiment with materials.
I figured I'd make a sundress made of  denim!
I was so happy that I did because this denim dress came out so beautifully!
Its a wrap halter that ties in front.
Because the dress is denim, it is so comfortable too!
The dress hugs the body nice which I love.
I should have made a few more of these dresses.
I'd love to see this style in a maxi length.
Denim maxi skirts and maxi dresses are gorgeous!
The day we shot this dress it was blazing hot outside.
My Boho floppy hat came in as a tremendous help throughout the heat.
I just purchased this cute choker from Child of Wild too.
It went so well with this look!
Long live Denim!!!

Foxy Chick

Summer is flying by too fast!!
There hasn't been enough time to wear every summer look I want to wear this season!
I rediscovered fringed ponchos recently!
I forgot how cute they are!
There's something so sexy about those sheer tops and ponchos.
They conceal but leave a lot to the imagination.
These ponchos look amazing with a pair of denim cut offs and a few cute accessories.
During my time at the park I shot a few pics in this adorable outfit.
Most of it is vintage except for the shorts, and sandals.
With vintage clothing its all about how you put individual pieces together.
That's the fun of it!
I love that this is a vintage inspired look that's still very timeless.
Its a real festival inspired look.
Perfect for traveling or for a music festival.
